I just saw the latest We Can Solve It commercial on TV (click here to view) featuring Reverend Al Sharpton and Pat Robertson. The commercial aims to prove that we can all come together to solve the climate crisis. The We Can Solve It campaign is a project of the The Alliance for Climate Protection a nonprofit, nonpartisan effort founded by Nobel laureate and former Vice President Al Gore. Their aim is to halt global warming and they are specifically educating people in the US and around the world that the climate crisis is both urgent and solvable.

Reverend Al Sharpton and Pat Robertson have different views on most issues, yet when it comes to the urgency of protecting the planet, they agree. At the taping of this clip, the two joked and prayed together. So the We Campaign asks, if these polar opposites can come together on this important and moral issue, why can’t you?
