Out here in California, July 1 marked the day where we can no longer use our handsets when talking on the phone while driving. Which is probably a really really good idea, even though research has found that drivers may not actually concentrate on the road any more while using a bluetooth device. However, whatever gets at least another hand on the wheel, no (For the record, that’s not sarcasm, and I actually think this is a good idea)?
Anyhow, I’ll get to my point soon. I’m in Sonoma County right now, doing some golfing and wine tasting and all that good stuff, and I figured I’d check the website of the Press Democrat, the local paper here, to see what green news they have cooking up North. And, a couple weeks ago, the Democrat published an article discussing your environmental choices for hands-free devices.
