Biking is definitely one of the greenest methods of transportation, but let’s face it - they don’t exactly provide the best protection from the elements. Biking is great when it’s a beautiful day, and not so great when it’s raining, sleeting, hailing, and snowing. Although I wouldn’t suggest plowing your way through a foot of snow on two wheels, there’s no reason why a little cold weather should stop you from saving some CO2.
