Thank goodness that Oprah is now using her power in this world to help the truly helpless. I am not a vegetarian, however I am so for the ethical and humane treatment of these animals that are so shamelessly abused every day in their living hell. How on earth does a human being sleep at night when they have see and done such heinous things to defensless animals. Oprah, thank you for bringing this into everyones homes and shining the light on the darkest acts . God Bless you. There is so much to be done, but your voice will lead the way.

Cruelty Free Eating!
When my teenage daughter became a vegan I struggled to find GOOD recipes to cook for her. On a visit to California we found a “life transforming” Vegan Restaurant! Native Foods! We were lucky enough to meet the chef/owner Tanya. A truly amazing woman who lives and breaths her passion - cruelty free food. Tanya’s magic touch transends everyday ingredients into a culinary delight. Tanya shared her belief - love and compassion for all animals. It is no wonder that her vegan food will be able to convert the masses into a compassionate way to eat and live.

Oprah may want to have a look at the HempNut Cookbook by Richard Rose and Brigitte Mars.
Hemp is the best know least/non toxic source of EFA’s!!
And it is good for so much more!
