The 27 Dresses celebrity auction is bringing high fashion and social action together to benefit the Lavender Trust for Breast Cancer charity. Bidding on a series of stunning dresses worn by a slew of celebs began on Tuesday - think Kylie Minogue’s white Galliano gown from Paris Fashion Week, and the black Dolce & Gabbana mini Amy Winehouse wore to the 2008 Grammy Awards. Other leading ladies including Heidi Klum, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Renee Zellweger have also donated dresses for the celebrity eBay auction to benefit women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer under the age of 50. The auction, which also celebrates Katherine Heigl’s new film “27 Dresses,” will continue in three day intervals until the movie is released on March 27th.
