And now time for a ridiculously pathetic news story…attorney Roy Den Hollander is suing  NYC nightclubs for participating in “Ladies Night” specials.

No I am not making this up. Roy-boy is really going to fight the fight against girls getting two for one mojitos.

Hollander said he was discriminated against by ladies’ nights, which offer women free or discounted admission and drinks.

Deborah Swindells Donovan, a lawyer for Lotus, called the lawsuit frivolous in papers filed Friday in U.S. District Court.She wrote that if his “ill-conceived theory is applied to restaurants, then ‘early bird’ specials for the elderly or promotions allowing children to eat free would be discriminatory on the basis of age.”

Why do I have the feeling that Roy was recently rejected from some hot chick at one of these clubs?

What I don’t understand is why this guy would waste his time on this fight and then say “What I think will happen, is that clubs will reduce the price for guys and increase it for girls. Every guy will have ten or fifteen more dollars in his pocket, which the girls will then manipulate into getting more drinks out of him. If they drink more, they’ll have more fun, and so will us guys. And then when she wakes up in the morning she’ll be able to do what she always does: blame the man.”

My goodness Roy, you are quite bitter and sexist! I am guessing not only did a hot chick dis you at Lotus but that another chick everyone how you failed to perform even after you had taken more than the recommended dosage of Levitra.

Doesn’t your lawyer salary cover the cost of club door fee’s or are you that crappy of an attorney that you can’t swing the $10 for a night out?

How about getting a lawyer to sue dance clubs for allowing cheesy slime-balls in the clubs who sneakingly grind up on girls while dancing? What about that lawsuit?

As a lawyer with so much free time on his hands, you’d think Roy would choose a more worthwhile battle to fight, like political or economical injustice, human rights issues, or assisting battered women and children. But no, Roy wants his discounted Cosmo with an pretty little umbrella in it, and he won’t rest until justice and his drink are served.
