We all no Amy Winehouse is “No Good.” I mean her music is better than good. Her ballsy, brash antics are unfortunately the good stuff rock stars are made of. And that hair, well I may not like it but it is a damn good spectacle.But Amy’s drug and alcohol abuse, that’s not good at all. Not to mention the horribly not good wardrobe she chose to wear on impromptu late-night walk about London.So Amy’s Mama, Janis decided to write her daughter a letter asking the troubled singer to come home so that her family can help her heal. Meanwhile Amy’s Daddy, Mitch is furious over the open letter in which Janis claims that Amy has been abandoned by her family. Mitch says he sees Amy so much they are almost sick of one another.FYI Janis and Mitch divorced when Amy was nine years-old.So is it any surprise that the product of publicly feuding parents is in a bit of trouble? I hate to point fingers, but really Mom airing your mother/daughter issues to the general public seems a bit tacky. While I am sure Janis’s intentions were good, the action seems a bit embarrassing to all involved.However I guess Amy’s actions haven’t exactly been private either, but will this desperate attempt by her Mum help or hurt?And why are we even aware of Amy Winehouse’s family issues?
